This attractively-priced 16544 3-pack by Elixir contains 3 sets of 16027 Phosphor Bronze Nanoweb acoustic guitar strings. The Elixir 16027 phosphor bronze custom light (.011 - .052) strings offer more bite making them ideal for acoustic guitars that have a warm sound. Phosphor bronze has a brilliant, complex and rich tone that has just a bit more sparkle than 80/20 bronze. The wound strings in this Elixir 16027 set have an extremely thin Nanoweb coating that counters corrosion and dirt accumulation. The unwound strings are equipped with a galvanised anti-corrosive layer. This makes them last 3 to 5 times longer than traditional uncoated strings and they will retain their bright sound much longer too.
